Using your base resume (which includes all of your past experience, skills, and education) and a specific job description (which outlines the requirements of the role you're applying for), AI Coach uses artificial intelligence to create customized job application documents that highlight your specific education, skills, and experience that show why you are a great fit the job.

Here’s how it works:

1. Upload your Base Resume which lists all of your education, skills, and work experience.
2. Let AI Coach suggest a range of job titles based on your resume. Cast a wide net in your job search! Seach all the job boards and let the 1-click importer capture all of the posting details.
3. Select a job posting (which contains the job description) that you would like AI Coach to use as a basis to draft your cover letter and custom resume.
4. AI Customization: AI Coach reads both your base resume and the job description, then identifies the best way to highlight your most relevant education, skills, and experiences.
5. Generate Documents: AI Coach creates a tailored cover letter and resume that matches your background with the job requirements, ensuring you stand out as a strong candidate. It can also build a 'mock interview' with potential interview questions and possible answers to help you prepare for an upcoming interview.
6. Download and Edit: You can download your new draft cover letter and resume, as well as your 'mock interview' allowing you to put your best foot forward.
